Returns Information

 Cancellations:

In the event that you wish to cancel your order please contact a member of our team by email using sales@gardenfurnitureland.co.uk as soon as possible.

Please note that the nature of our delivery guarantee means that your garden furniture will be with the courier within 24 hours of you placing your order. If you wish to cancel your order but delivery has already commenced, you will be responsible for any unnecessary delivery charges incurred.

 

Returns and refunds:

We are hopeful that all of our customers will be satisfied with the service they receive from us here at Garden Furniture Land, although we are understanding that this is not always possible.

 

We accept returns or refunds in accordance with a 14 day cooling off period. Please note that beyond 14 days after purchase we cannot take responsibility for any refunds or returns.

 

In the unfortunate event that your products were found to be damaged, delivery should be rejected so that our courier can return them to us immediately. In these circumstances please contact us so that we can get a replacement sent to you as soon as possible.

 

Your patio furniture should be checked for damage prior to accepting delivery. If you are unable to check the goods sufficiently your delivery should be signed 'unchecked'.

 

If you were unable to check the condition of your patio bench, patio table, patio chair or picnic bench before accepting delivery, but within 14 days of doing so have found your goods to be unacceptably damaged, please contact us using sales@gardenfurnitureland.co.uk straight away so that we can arrange for the dispatch of a replacement and collection of your damaged garden furniture.

 

Please note that return and replacement will be with regard to the entire product. For example, if only a table top is damaged, we must require that the product in full be subject to return and replacement.

 

If you have received damaged goods then we can only apologise. We can accommodate a full refund if you prefer, so long as we are notified accordingly within 14 days of your receipt of the goods. Again, please contact a member of the Garden Furniture Land team using sales@gardenfurnitureland.co.uk  so that we can process the refund and arrange for collection of the damaged goods as necessary.

 

In order to process your refund or replacement with respect to unacceptably damaged goods we should be obliged for photographs showing the damage.

 

We are hopeful that all of our customers are satisfied with their products and the service they receive, although we are able to reimburse you with a full refund if our patio furniture is not to your liking or you deem if not to be as described. Please note that in these circumstances, the customer will be responsible for the costs for returning any undamaged goods to us on a flat fee basis.
