At Ottena we are proud to be able to accept all manner of purchase orders on all of the products that we sell here at Ottena.
As a supplier to many businesses, trades, government organisations, schools, colleges, pubs, golf courses and universities, we have a huge wealth of experience dealing with all different types of businesses including the public sector.

How to place a Purchase Order
To be able to place a purchase order with us, you will need to email us your requirements at Hello@Ottena.co.uk, where we can accept all purchase orders, and provide you with an invoice with all payment details and delivery terms.
- Step 1: Email your product list, quantities, and delivery postcode.
- Step 2: We confirm stock, lead times, and delivery terms.
- Step 3: We issue an invoice for payment pre-delivery.
- Step 4: Delivery arranged and kept simple, start to finish.

We do not offer specific trade accounts, but in most cases we would be able to offer a trade discount depending on the size and type of the order. One of our friendly sales team will be in touch with you to discuss your requirements.

Dropshipping Our Products
Want to expand the products you sell on your online store? Or maybe your garden center is looking for a few more items to include in your product lineup? If you are looking to sell our teak patio furniture or any of our garden parasol products in your showroom or online, then get in touch.
The team at Ottena can help with all your trade sale or dropshipping needs. We carry a high level of stock, have all orders dispatched within 24 – 48 hours and send all goods on a next day delivery service so we are well placed to share our high level of service with you.
We can send our teak table and chair sets, teak garden benches, teak garden chairs and outdoor parasols either to your premises for display in your show room or collection by your customer, or to the customer’s address directly. Trade discounts will be available, depending on the quantities involved.
